Topic: MONEYBALL “The Science of Winning an Unfair Game”
As a decisive, execution-oriented leader Bryan successfully fostered talent through advanced mentoring and leadership strategies and has a proven track record of delivering top line growth, gross margin maximization and creating customer sponsorship in ultra-competitive global markets. He is experienced in developing, communicating and implementing a strategic vision, cultivating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment to critical objectives. Bryan is keenly attentive to balancing and serving the needs of the key stakeholders within an organization: Customers, Employees and Shareholders.
Bryan’s approach to business is that, regardless of the industry, technology, product or service an organization chooses to engage in, we are all ultimately in the “People Business”. People are an organization’s #1 Asset and, most often times,#1 Cost. Thus, it’s mission critical for all organizations to “fit” the right people into the right roles. Doing so promotes higher employee engagement, lower stress, increased productivity and better teamwork - ultimately resulting in increased bottom line and top line performance. To this end, Bryan serves as an Executive Advisor and independent licensee for Culture Index ™, an applied behavioral analytics program that drives top line and bottom line growth, and scalable sustainability.
Bryan received his Master of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in Finance, from Oakland University in Rochester, MI and obtained his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from General Motors Institute, now Kettering University, in Flint, MI. Bryan also participated in Wharton’s Executive Education Program: High Potential Leaders – Accelerating Your Impact.
Bryan’s hobbies include golf and tennis, mentoring students and recent college graduates, as well as being a voracious reader of leadership and business psychology books.
