About Membership in North Carolina Executive Roundtable (NCER)





NCER is a vibrant, diverse community of senior-level executives who collaborate to share and be exposed to new ideas, stay well-informed of issues impacting business and personal decisions, and learn from and assist each other to achieve Amazing Things. 

Members represent many different industry sectors and professional backgrounds. From executives of large corporations to entrepreneurs who have built multiple businesses from the ground up, NCER members possess broad general management experience and deep subject matter expertise, often in specialized areas such as:

We continue to grow and strengthen NCER by attracting experienced leaders willing to share their knowledge and experience to encourage, counsel, and inspire others both professionally and personally.  NCER recruits and invites candidates for membership who will, for the benefit of others and themselves:

To Become a Member

NCER is purposeful in the nomination and acceptance of new members. As a professional community, we intentionally focus on the quality of our membership, not the number of new members added or speed of growth. 


Membership is by invitation only. Prospective members must be nominated by a current member in good standing, meet all of the Membership Eligibility Guidelines, and be approved by the Membership Committee, which is responsible for the entire Membership Nomination & Selection process. 


To learn more about membership, prospective members are encouraged to attend multiple NCER events that are open to the public and to talk with current members or the Membership Committee Chair who will guide them with the nomination and selection process. 


Once accepted, all NCER members must meet certain Ongoing Membership Requirements each year to remain a member in good standing.
