The Success Model of the Future
When Laura Noble started her law firm, she envisioned a different way of leading and building a team than she had experienced. Unlike most law firms’ top down leadership model, where those below the top level have little input or decision making ability, Laura wanted each team to be a stakeholder whose contribution was valued, no matter in which capacity they served.
The result has been impressive, with dedicated, highly talented employees who feel valued and respected, and who are dedicated and loyal.
Laura will share her story, and how the path she chose not only resulted in success, but is now the success model that’s being used in many companies and is the wave of the future.
Managing Partner at The Noble Law
With over two decades of diverse legal experience including civil litigation, negotiation, counseling and consulting, Noble’s passion is offering clients personal and powerful representation on employment law issues. Her primary areas of focus are pregnancy discrimination, caregiver discrimination, gender discrimination, and sexual harassment.
Noble serves as Managing Partner of The Noble Law, a recognized national leader in employment law with offices in New York, Raleigh, and Charlotte.
Their goal is to provide exceptional employment law representation to individuals by focusing on our core values: collaboration, leadership, diversity, empathy, integrity, and innovation. Our success is measured by delivering positive impacts for our clients and serving as a catalyst for changes in employment law and society at large.
Noble developed this conviction from her own legal background and experiences. After graduating from the University of Maryland, she moved to New York City and worked as a prosecutor in one of the largest and most challenging District Attorney’s offices in the county.
She then worked with a sizable civil litigation firm in Manhattan before moving to a nonprofit in a general counsel and advocacy role.
Although all of these experiences were valuable and informed her work, her true dream was to start her own employment law firm. Laura began The Noble Law in 2009 with the goal of providing exceptional employment law representation to individuals by focusing on our core values: collaboration, leadership, empathy, integrity, and innovation.
As an employment attorney, her clients know that she genuinely cares about them and will work diligently to achieve the best possible outcomes on their behalf. Laura is a seasoned litigator and enjoys the excitement of this work as well as the satisfaction that comes from providing exceptional representation to her clients. Her primary areas of focus are pregnancy discrimination, caregiver discrimination, gender discrimination, and sexual harassment.
Laura is also dedicated to giving back to the community. From winning her law school’s public service award back in the 90’s, to today’s work with legal services, Laura and her employment law firm execute on a commitment to improve access to legal services in North Carolina.
