Rachael Boone

Rachael Boone is the founder of BeEvolvedHR based in North Carolina.  She is also a member of the John Maxwell Team of certified consultants and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

 

For more than twenty years Rachael has been a valued resource to both private and non-profit organizations, where she has served as a member of the leadership team or consultant for these organizations in the areas of human resources management, corporate compliance, and quality management outcomes for staff and company growth & development. These companies include Fortune 500 companies such as Thermo Fisher Scientific and Fuji Film Medical.

 

Rachael guides individuals and companies to gain the necessary skills to become grounded in all human interactions while leveraging the advantages of technology.

 

She serves as a resource and facilitator for “Pink Slip Parties,” which are catered to individuals who have been impacted by downsizing and layoffs and which bring together HR professionals in conferences. Rachael also serves as a volunteer creating mentor programs to serve youth in underserved communities.

 

Rachel personally believes in, works and lives by the motto that “everybody matters” regardless of their race, socio-economic status, gender, religious beliefs or previous life exposures & experiences.

 

She has been featured in Black Enterprise Online, FOX50 “Triangle Talk, and in the News & Observer for her Pink Slip Parties.
