Dubbed a “professional paradigm shifter”, Nancy’s been featured in Forbes, Latina, Latina Style, The Huffington Post, Univision, Smart Money, Redbook, as well as many popular podcasts. Her coaching is straight-forward, compassionate, intuitive and strategic. 


Nancy is a multiple award winner including the Anna Maria Arias Award for creativity and innovation in Latina-owned businesses, Entrepreneur of the Year from the Hispanic Business Women’s Association, and Woman of the Year from Alianza Indigena/Indigenous Alliance. She often speaks on leadership at diversity conferences and is known for her ability to connect audiences to their big vision.  


A Bay Area native, Nancy grew up in a family business where she developed her strong work ethic and business acumen. Her first career was teaching language and literacy skills to immigrant youth in the public schools. She recently wrote a book about navigating grief in the world of social media and is working on another about creativity for leaders.
