Her expertise extends beyond the realm of technology itself; she coaches leaders on decision-making, metrics, team optimization, and the crucial importance of transparency in today's fast-paced world.
She is the driving force behind QuantumBloom, a platform dedicated to empowering underrepresented populations transitioning from college to the workforce. In an era where diversity and inclusion are more important than ever, Anne's work is paving the way for a more equitable future in technology.
Starting as an IT consultant, she quickly rose through the ranks, driven by a passion for organizing people and leading process change to build better products and healthier work environments. Her extensive experience in executive roles within corporations laid the foundation for Daring Systems, a consultancy aimed at helping companies plan, execute, and measure strategic initiatives.
Throughout her career, Anne has developed groundbreaking programs aimed at addressing the leaking pipeline in STEM fields, particularly focusing on supporting women and non-binary professionals at the critical early stages of their careers. Anne is a board member of Speak Out Sisterhood, an organization with a mission to elevate youth to eradicate barriers to equality for women in STEM.
