Paul Immanuel is a software and hardware professional specializing in websites, IT support and mobile apps. He is married to Phyllis, a Raleigh native, and the two have twin daughters. He enjoys serving on the boards of Guiding Lights and Transitions Life Care and is active in church, where he teaches an adult Sunday School class and sings in a choir. He also sings in a collaborative community choir every year.

The NCER has provided me with excellent education in all aspects of running a business, Referrals have provided me with new business. Finally, membership in the NCER has given me a degree of credibility.
What is the most important leadership lesson you have learned over the years?
If you help your customers and your employees achieve their objectives, you will succeed in more ways than you think.
What have been some of the greatest influences on you throughout your career?
Management training at IBM and learning from excellent managers and directors at ITT and IBM will have to be on the top of the list.
